Conductivity meter DiST 4 EC Tester

The DiST series Capacitor is a durable and reliable series that offers fast and accurate conductivity measurements. The DiST series family is widely used to monitor conductivity in drinking water, air conditioning, reverse osmosis, cooling towers, sewage, laboratories, agriculture, aquaculture and aquariums, hydroponics and the printing industry.

These conductors have an amperometric graphite electrode that provides better repeatability of the measurements, as they do not oxidize. The ammeter measurement of the conductor is based on Ohm’s Law, I = V / R, where R depends on the distance between two pins and their surface. Oxidation changes both distance and surface, which affects accuracy. DiSTs graphite pins are able to provide the optimal surface for accurate, reliable results. When calibration is required, simply dip the tip of the electrode into the calibration solution and adjust the screw on the side of the conductor.
